Fortunatly or unfortunatly depending on what side you are looking at, David didn't know me from Adam, all he knew is that I was a woman with a busy husband and 5 children looking for a home in the city. Well, coming from a rather small town, I didn't know the city was split up into suburbs, counties, districts, east side, west side and upside down sides. Therefore, I was confused, luckily I was sent to a realtor that was patient, smart and most of all could laugh at my, at times, confused side.
Anyways, David had to fill a tall order in finding a home that was close to our jobs, did I mention we didn't have employment yet, bedrooms enough for 5 kids, and that we were downsizing from a 6000 square foot home on a beautiful lake so I also needed a home that was beautiful. Well, it was short of a miracle. We found a beautiful home, close to our new found jobs, fits all the kids, and most of all, we could pay cash for the home because we sold our home as well. It all fell into place, thanks David, and I can't forget to thank the gift of the St. Joseph statue, I do think it was him in the back yard that did it all. It was a blessing, miracle and a really tough job and we did it!
