ABR
The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. The ABR designation is geared towards agents who wish to enhance their buyer representation skills, and provides proof to prospective buyer-clients of their proficiency at servicing the special needs of buyers. The distinguished ABR designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, REBAC, which was founded in 1988 to promote superior buyer representation skills and services. An affiliate of The National Association of Realtors since 1996, REBACs membership now numbers over 50,000 and is the world's largest organization of real estate professionals concentrating on buyer representation.

At Home with Diversity
In today's housing market, where client profiles are changing rapidly, earning the confidence of a potential homebuyer is more complex than it used to be. The At Home with Diversity course teaches how to transact business in culturally competent ways. The course addresses issues of cultural "do's and don't's", fair housing, and applying learning outcomes to daily business.

CRS
The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are more than 39,000 active CRS Designees.

e-Pro
e-PRO is the only National Association of Realtors (NAR) approved Internet Certification Program.

GRI -- Graduate, Realtor Institute is a professional designation for those who have graduated from the Realtor Institute, also associated with the National Association of Realtors. REALTORS with this designation have completed a comprehensive education program in residential real estate.
