What is the single most basic element of my job? Helping people. More specifically, I help people realize their dreams, attain their goals and achieve extreme satisfaction when it comes to buying or selling homes.
I love what I do.
I have the honor and fun of helping people like you find a home that's just right--one in which they can laugh, love and live to the fullest. I also consider it an exhilarating challenge to help people like you sell a home-- to get the property ready, highlight its best features and bring the right prospective buyers to see it.

What my clients say
I gave David a hard order to fill. I had just moved back into the Twin Cities this spring and was in the morket for a "Fixer upper" in the $150,000 to $175,000 range in tInver Grove Heights. At the time I called, 1000 sq. ft. ramblers were going for $200,000 plus. In the first week he found me a walkout in the mid $160,000 range, needing only cosmetic fixing, with potential of 1600 sq. ft. after finishing the basement. He took care of all our financing and closing needs quickly and without a hitch. It truly was my most pleasurable home buying experience ever.
